How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Never rush a good thing, we want to ensure that your given the time and care that you deserve (and paid for)

Why do you take my credit card when I make an appointment?
Time is money, baby. We take your information in order to protect your allocated time and ours. No shows are a bummer for everyone.

What if I do need to cancel?
No stress, we get it. Let us know 24-hours prior to your appointment and we'll make sure you don't incur any fees. But if we don't hear from you policy is that you'll be charged 100% of the services you booked. Extension deposits are non-refundable. Unfortunately extensions are like underwear and you can't return them once you have bought them.  Extension bookings need to be cancelled with 72 hours notice and are subject to cancellations fees. Booking within our 24h cancellation means you are 100% confirmed and committed to your appointment. Last minute cancellations will result in 100% of the services being charged. What if I don’t like my colour?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you sit in our chair to the moment you leave our salon!. As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life! If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, we are happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a redo service.

There are limitations to re-do services to protect all parties involved:
-There are absolutely no refunds. Our goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you. Sometimes there are bumps in the road, however we would rather learn with you and make adjustments so we can give you the hair you want. Sometimes this takes time, but we are willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with us!
-Your colour is valid for a re-do up to 10 days after your service(s) was performed.
-You will no longer be eligible for a re-do service if you or another stylist makes any changes to the hair.
-In order to qualify for a re-do service you must invest in the recommended shampoo/ products. With the purchase of any color safe shampoo from TMS your colour /service's is 100% guaranteed. This does not include shampoos purchased from other retailers or salons.
-The fee for redo colour services is $15 per bowl of color required to make the adjustments.
-If you are in the middle of a colour correction process and there is box colour present in the hair you will not be qualified for a redo service if the desired result is not achieved in one sitting (this will be explained during consultation so there will be no surprises if the desired goal is not achieved in one sitting). Additional toners, treatments and other necessary services will be priced (fairly) in each specific case.

- Keratherapy does not straighten your hair nor will it make it wash and go. This product just helps with the manageability and still require's work on your end. Proper products still must be used that are from TMS. There is no refunds and no redos. 

Online return policy

-Canadian online purchases may be returned to The Manor Salon for a full refund or for a store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging with the original tags attached.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at TMS discretion. TMS reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in it's sole discretion.

All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any item's returned by mail. Sales are final on all cosmetics, gift cards and sale/promotional items.
